What you will need to get your MS Medical Marijuana Card

• Must be 18 years of age or older. Ages 18 - 25 require 2 certifications with one being from an MD or DO. We will be happy to make a referral if needed.

• Valid unexpired Mississippi driver’s license or id.

• Medical records that contain your qualifying medical condition, unless you have completed a release of information or have emailed them to us.

• Debit or credit card, or cash to pay your certification fee.

• Debit or credit card (no cash payments) to pay your annual fee to the MS Department of Health
